Role Description

This is a full-time, in office role for an Operations Manager located in Ahmedabad. The Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, streamline processes to improve efficiency, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with quality standards. Responsibilities include coordinating with various departments, managing vendor and supplier relationships, optimizing supply chain functions, and ensuring smooth execution of production schedules.





Qualifications

- Should have an experience working in the Food & Beverage or FMCG industry
- Operational management skills, including experience in process optimization and team leadership
- Supply chain management and inventory control experience
- Strong communication, negotiation, and labor management skills
- Analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail
- Proficiency in business management tools and software
- Ability to maintain quality and hygiene standards in food manufacturing
- Relevant experience in the food manufacturing industry is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management B.Tech, or a related field
