Role: Operations Lead – Bike Rental

Location: Palam Vihar, Gurgaon

Salary: ₹17,000–₹20,000 per month + Incentives

Working Days: 6 Days a Week (Saturday & Sunday are working days)

Work Location: Palam Vihar, Gurgaon + 2 days per week at the Training Ground on Gurgaon–Faridabad Road

About the Role

We are hiring for energetic, customer-friendly and responsible professional to manage the day-to-day operations of its motorcycle rental business. The role involves handling customers throughout the rental journey, maintaining fleet records, coordinating bike upkeep, managing handovers and returns, and maintaining basic accounts and operational data.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage the complete bike rental process from customer handover to return and deposit refund.

· Handle customer interactions, queries and basic operational concerns.

· Maintain accurate records of rentals, customer details, deposits, refunds and payments.

· Maintain fleet-related data and records using Excel.

· Coordinate the regular upkeep, servicing and maintenance of motorcycles.

· Check bike condition before and after rentals and report any issues or damages.

· Coordinate with mechanics/service providers for repairs and maintenance.





· Maintain basic accounts and rental-related financial records.

· Ensure all operational data and documentation are updated accurately.

· Manage day-to-day rental operations and ensure a positive customer experience.

· Visit the Training Ground on Gurgaon–Faridabad Road for 2 days every week as part of the operational responsibilities.

Candidate Profile

· 1–2 years of experience in retail, customer service, rental operations, automobile/motorcycle operations or a similar customer-facing role.

· Energetic, proactive and customer-friendly.

· Good communication and interpersonal skills.

· Fairly positive spoken English.

· Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Outlook.

· Comfortable handling basic accounts, calculations and operational records.

· Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

· Responsible and comfortable handling customer deposits and company assets.

· Ability to work independently and take ownership of day-to-day activities.

· Interest or basic knowledge of motorcycles/automobiles will be an advantage.

Education

· Any Graduate
