Position Overview

Radistream technologies is seeking a disciplined, organized, and proactive Operations Floor Lead to oversee real-time floor activity and team adherence for a dedicated pod of 9-10 professionals during US business hours.

In this role, your primary objective is to drive structural compliance, track attendance, and optimize schedule adherence on the floor. By managing day-to-day administrative presence and floor discipline, you will enable the core operational leadership to focus entirely on client deliverables and high-level production milestones.

Key Responsibilities

Attendance & Schedule Management

Monitor daily logins, logouts, and break durations to ensure 100% floor occupancy and coverage during critical shift windows.

Floor Discipline & Optimization

Maintain a consistent floor presence to minimize operational distractions, handle team decorum, and foster a professional working environment.

Real-Time Adherence (RTA)

Audit live agent statuses across production systems to ensure alignment with designated schedules and operational targets.

Shift Coordination

Actively manage unexpected absenteeism, facilitate seamless shift handovers, and escalate immediate capacity gaps to the Team Lead.

Incident Resolution

Serve as the first point of contact for basic floor-level technical or administrative issues (e.g., login errors, hardware glitches, seat allocations), routing them swiftly to internal IT support.

Operational Reporting





Compile and maintain daily logs detailing attendance metrics, break variances, and floor incidents, delivering a structured end-of-shift report to leadership.

Qualifications & Professional Skills

Experience

3 to 5 years of proven experience within a US-facing BPO, International Contact Centre, or IT Services workplace. Prior experience in an SME, Process Coach, or Floor Coordinator capacity is highly valued.

Communication

Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills, with the capability to firmly direct floor operations and coordinate with management.

Assertive, highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working a permanent mid-to-night shift schedule.

Technical Proficiency

Foundational expertise in MS Excel or Google Sheets for logging data and tracking floor operational compliance.
