- Zippee is looking for energetic and qualified Operations Executives to join our Quick Commerce Operations team across Viman Nagar in Pune.

Role & responsibilities:

- Oversee 2-Hour/Same-Day Delivery Operations (Inbound, Outbound, Inventory Management, etc.) across our dark stores in Pune.

- Work closely with Zippee Clients (D2C/Marketplaces/E-Commerce Brands) and support them in expansion/growth.

- Ensure 100% success rate in Same-Day Fulfillment & adhere to dark store SLAs such as inbound, inventory management, outbound, manpower planning, rostering, training, employee engagement, vendor partnerships, COD management.

- Hire, manage & motivate the dark store team (inventory controllers, pickers, packers, store captains, and delivery riders).

- Weekly inventory audits, COD reconciliation, hiring, & MIS reporting to Management.

- Help create a rockstar culture amongst the team to scale to profitability.
