About the Role

Radiance Global Traders Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and responsible Operations Executive – Purchase & Export Logistics to handle procurement activities and coordinate export shipments.

The candidate will be primarily responsible for sourcing and purchasing products from suitable suppliers, ensuring product quality and timely availability, and coordinating with suppliers, logistics partners, CHA, transporters and internal teams to ensure shipments are completed as per schedule and reach customers on time.

The role may involve travel to supplier locations, processing units, warehouses and shipment locations whenever required.

Key Responsibilities

Purchase & Procurement

- Source and identify reliable suppliers for agro commodities, food products and other products handled by the company.
- Obtain quotations, compare prices and negotiate with suppliers on price, quality, quantity, payment terms and delivery schedules.
- Develop and maintain a reliable vendor base and identify alternative suppliers wherever required.
- Issue and follow up Purchase Orders and ensure materials are ready as per agreed timelines.
- Coordinate with suppliers for product specifications, samples, quality parameters, packing and delivery.
- Monitor procurement costs and support the company in achieving competitive purchase prices.
- Visit suppliers, processing units and warehouses whenever required.
- Maintain proper purchase records, supplier details, quotations and related documentation.

Quality & Material Coordination

- Coordinate quality inspection of purchased materials before dispatch/shipment.
- Ensure products comply with customer specifications and agreed quality parameters.
- Coordinate grading, sorting, processing, packing or re-packing activities wherever applicable.
- Coordinate with laboratories and inspection agencies when required.




- Immediately report quality deviations, shortages or delays and coordinate corrective action.

Export Operations & Shipment Coordination

- Coordinate export shipments from order confirmation until dispatch/shipment completion.
- Prepare shipment plans and closely monitor timelines to avoid delays.
- Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, CHA, freight forwarders, shipping lines and other service providers.
- Coordinate container placement, loading and container stuffing activities.
- Supervise container stuffing or other shipment activities whenever required.
- Follow up vessel schedules, cut-off dates, documentation deadlines and shipment status.
- Coordinate with the documentation/accounts team for timely preparation of commercial and export documents.
- Track shipments and ensure customers/internal teams are updated on important shipment developments.
- Identify potential delays in advance and take necessary action to ensure timely shipment and delivery.

Candidate Requirements

- Graduate/Diploma holder with 1–4 years of experience in Purchase, Procurement, Supply Chain, Logistics, Export Operations or a related field.
- Experience in agro commodities, food products, spices, FMCG, exports or trading companies will be an advantage.
- Good vendor sourcing, negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Basic understanding of export logistics and shipment procedures is preferred.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel, email and documentation.
- Ability to communicate effectively with suppliers, transporters and other external parties.
- Willingness to travel for supplier visits,



quality checks and shipment supervision whenever required.
- Ability to handle multiple activities and work against shipment deadlines.
