Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and support production applications and infrastructure.

- Perform L1 troubleshooting, incident analysis, and issue resolution.

- Work on Unix/Linux servers and execute basic Linux commands.

- Support Oracle database activities and basic SQL troubleshooting.

- Monitor and troubleshoot Apache Tomcat servers and application logs.

- Perform API testing using SOAP UI and Postman.

- Validate and troubleshoot REST APIs and web services.

- Monitor applications using AppDynamics, Dynatrace, Kibana, and Grafana.

- Coordinate with L2/L3 teams for critical issue resolution.

- Maintain operational documentation and adhere to SLA timelines.

Technical Skills

- Unix/Linux commands and troubleshooting

- Oracle Database basics and SQL knowledge

- Apache Tomcat support knowledge

- SOAP UI, Postman, and REST API testing

- Basic Java knowledge

- Monitoring tools: AppDynamics, Dynatrace,



Kibana, Grafana

Preferred

- Exposure to ITIL/support processes

- Experience with ticketing tools like ServiceNow/JIRA

- Basic scripting knowledge, alerting and automation is an added advantage

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/IT or related field

Soft Skills

- Good analytical and troubleshooting skills

- Robust communication skills

- Ability to work in rotational shifts and support environments
