We’re hiring: Operations Executive in Bengaluru

We’re looking for an Operations Executive to join our team and take ownership of day-to-day operations across:

- Last-mile delivery operations (area of focus)
- Central order placement team
- Procurement & inventory coordination
- Managing delivery executives and resolving on-ground issues

This is a hands-on, multi-hat role. The responsibilities will evolve as the business grows, and the person will have the opportunity to eventually own a specific function.

What we’re looking for

> Comfortable with on-ground operations with 1-3 years of experience.

> Good communication skills in English, Kannada & Hindi

> Good at managing people and solving problems

> Ability to take ownership and work in a fast-paced setting

> Sales skills will be an added advantage

> Role will be based out of one of our stores/office.
