Role Description The Operational Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Lucknow. This role is responsible for managing daily operational activities, including processing client requests, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth execution of wealth management services.

The Operational

Specialist will coordinate with sales and advisory teams, monitor workflow timelines, and support process improvements to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction. The role involves tracking operational metrics, preparing reports, assisting with compliance checks, and resolving operational issues in a timely manner.



The specialist will also help implement new procedures, support internal projects, and contribute to a structured and reliable operational workplace.
