Key Responsibilities:Monitor day-to-day operational processes and flag issues Prepare reports, dashboards, and MIS for management review Analyze process data to identify gaps and improvement areas Coordinate with internal teams to resolve operational bottlenecks Support process documentation and SOP updates Requirements:Bachelors degree in Business, Operations, or related field Strong Excel/Google Sheets and data analysis skills Experience with reporting/dashboard tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) Good communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work with cross-functional teams
