Key Responsibilities

- Manage and coordinate daily operational activities.
- Coordinate with customers, technicians, sales, and other internal teams.
- Monitor GPS device installation, activation, and service-related activities.
- Maintain accurate operational records, reports, and MIS.
- Track service requests, follow-ups, and issue resolution.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and operational processes.
- Monitor inventory,



device movement, and related documentation.
- Identify operational issues and coordinate for timely resolution.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, reporting, and data management.
