Role Description The Operations Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Chandigarh, India. This role is responsible for supporting day-to-day operational processes, including coordinating events and activities on the platform, managing schedules, and ensuring smooth execution of grassroots sports programs.

Associate will handle queries from users and partners, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with internal teams to improve workflows and service delivery.



The role also involves monitoring performance metrics, identifying operational issues, and assisting in implementing process improvements.

Qualifications

- Strong operations and process management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks and priorities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service abilities to interact professionally with athletes, coaches, and partners.
- Solid analytical skills to interpret data, track performance, and support decision-making.
- Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for internal and external interactions.
- Comfort with technology platforms and basic proficiency in productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, reporting tools).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a rapid-paced environment and adapt to evolving needs.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, sports management, operations, or a related field preferred.
- Experience in operations, sports management, or customer-facing roles is an advantage.
