Location: Pune

Requirements

- Educational qualification: ITI/ Diploma/Engineering degree

- Age: 23- 35 years

- Experience: 5- 10years

Purpose of the Job

- To ensure smooth running of the machine by rectifying issues, break down and regular maintenance

- Ensuring Customer Satisfaction

Scope of Work & Accountabilities

- Handling technical (Mechanical/Electrical) issues and timely rectification

- Regular maintenance of the machine.

- Proactive identifying issues and timely rectifying to avoid breakdown.

- Handling breakdowns and ensuring to bring machine back to working condition

- Maintaining contractual obligation

- Suggesting to replace parts wherever applicable.

- Should know driving and have valid driving license

- Regularly updating their technical knowledge for the product responsible as well as strive to learn other products





- Ensuring to service delivery by maintaining mean time to repair under the defined SLAs

- Coordination with Zonal for day to day activities

- Gathering insights of competitor machine running on sites.

- Basic operation knowladge
