Role Description The On-Camera Content Creator is a full-time, in office role based in Rajkot. The person in this role will appear on camera to present, explain, and showcase tile products, company updates, and brand stories across social media and digital channels.

Daily tasks include planning and recording video content, collaborating with the marketing team on scripts and concepts, and participating in product demonstrations and showroom walkthroughs. The role also involves engaging with audiences through short-form content, maintaining a consistent brand voice, and supporting content optimization for multiple platforms.



The On-Camera Content Creator will work closely with the creative and sales teams to ensure that visual and verbal messaging aligns with business goals.

Qualifications

- Strong on-camera presence, clear communication skills, and confidence in presenting products and brand messages.
- Experience in content creation for social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Reels/Shorts) and basic understanding of video trends.
- Ability to collaborate with marketing and creative teams on scripting, storyboarding, and visual concepts for product-focused content.
- Basic familiarity with video production processes, such as framing, lighting awareness, and working with camera or smartphone setups.
- Comfort working on-site in Rajkot, including in showroom or factory environments, and interacting professionally with clients or visitors if required.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to handle multiple content projects and deadlines.
- Prior experience in influencer marketing, brand ambassadorship, or hosting product videos is an advantage.
- Interest in interior design, construction materials, or tiles is beneficial; previous experience in a related industry is a plus.
- Relevant education or training in media, communications, marketing, or performing arts is preferred but not mandatory.
