Job Summary

We are looking for a Finance professional with strong FP&A; and Data Analytics skills. The role will focus on FP&A;, financial analysis, MIS, data analytics, and management reporting, with hands-on expertise in SAP, Power BI, and MS Excel.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle FP&A; activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Prepare MIS, financial reports, dashboards, and management reports.
- Perform Actual vs. Budget vs. Forecast analysis and highlight key variances.
- Use SAP extensively for data extraction, analysis, reconciliation, and reporting.
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, gaps, and actionable insights.
- Ensure accuracy and timely delivery of management reports.
- Identify opportunities for MIS/reporting automation and process improvement.




- Support management with ad-hoc financial analysis and decision-support reports.

Required Skills

- In-depth knowledge of SAP is essential.
- Strong hands-on experience in Power BI and MS Excel.
- Positive understanding of FP&A;, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Strong Data Analytics and Data Interpretation skills.
- Good financial acumen, analytical ability, and attention to detail.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ideal Candidate Finance professional with strong Data Analytics capabilities and hands-on experience in SAP, Power BI, FP&A;, MIS, and financial analysis. Candidates from Finance Analytics / FP&A; / MIS Analytics backgrounds will be preferred.
