Role and responsibility: Office job with following responsibilities.

1. Coordination with sales team and different functions within jnj and well as outside of jnj:
2. Training activity for surgeons. Coordinating with Sales team, profed team and compliance team. Arranging documents from sales team, raise activity in system , and get timely approval by coordinating with profed and compliance team.
3. Timely closure of these activities in the system: arranging closure documents in coordination with sales team.
4. Sample raising for sales team and timely closure in the system. Coordination with marketing, supply chain and sales team.
5. Raising rate approvals for different customers/hospitals in coordination with sales team and approval follow up with commercial team and other functions.
6. Tender processing: coordinating with sales team, govt team, commercial team and other functions. Arranging documents, certificates and rates for quoting the tender.

7. Maintaining trackers for all the activities mentioned above and should be able to answer progression as well as next step and TAT to complete the cycle for each activity.
8. Adherence to timeline is critical. Easch activity mentioned above needs to be completed within certain timeline and person must take full accountability for adhering to that timeline.

Skills
1. Proficient in MS words, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF and other basic computer skills.
2. Proficient in Pivot, v-look, excel formulas to perform basic calculations, etc.
3. Communication skills: English
4. Valuable IPR skill
