Nursing Supervisor

Pranodha Health Care LLP is looking for an experienced and responsible Nursing Supervisor to manage and supervise nursing staff and ensure quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the nursing team.
- Prepare and manage nursing staff duty schedules and shift allocation.
- Ensure proper handover and communication between shifts.
- Monitor nursing staff performance, attendance, punctuality and discipline.
- Ensure patients receive proper and timely nursing care.
- Monitor medication administration and ensure nursing protocols are followed.
- Ensure proper documentation of patient care, procedures, medication and nursing records.
- Monitor and ensure that all required procedures are properly recorded.
- Coordinate with doctors, management, attendants and other healthcare staff.
- Identify and report patient-care issues or emergencies to the concerned doctor/management.
- Ensure proper infection-control and safety practices are followed.
- Monitor availability of medicines, nursing supplies and equipment and report shortages or issues.
- Guide and train nursing staff whenever required.
- Handle staff-related issues and ensure smooth functioning of the nursing department.
- Ensure proper cleanliness, patient safety and overall nursing standards are maintained.




- Take responsibility for other nursing-related duties assigned by management.

Requirements
- BSc Nursing / GNM qualification.
- Valid nursing registration.
- Minimum 5 years of nursing experience.
- Previous experience as a Nursing Supervisor, Nurse In-Charge or Senior Staff Nurse is preferred.
- Positive knowledge of nursing procedures and patient care.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage a team and handle responsibilities independently.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including night shifts when required.

Preferred Clinical Experience Experience in any of the following will be an advantage:
- Tracheostomy care
- Ryles/NG tube care
- Catheterization
- IV cannulation
- Bedsore/wound dressing
- Infusion pump and syringe pump
- Long-term patient care
- Rehabilitation or post-hospitalization care

Salary: Best in the industry / based on experience and suitability.

Pay: ₹29,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
