- B.Sc Nursing
- GNM (General Nursing & Midwifery)
- Relevant nursing qualification from a recognized institution
- Valid nursing registration preferred

Experience
- Experienced candidates preferred
- Candidates with relevant hospital / ward / ICU nursing experience will be given preference
- Experience in Nurse In-Charge / Team Leader role will be an added advantage
- Suitable candidates with robust clinical and leadership skills may also apply

Job Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the nursing team during assigned shifts
- Allocate duties and manage daily nursing activities
- Ensure proper patient care and nursing standards
- Monitor patient condition and ensure timely escalation of critical cases
- Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare professionals




- Ensure medications and treatments are administered as prescribed
- Monitor nursing documentation, patient records and reports
- Ensure proper handover between shifts
- Supervise infection-control and patient-safety practices
- Monitor availability of medicines, equipment and nursing supplies
- Handle emergency situations and coordinate immediate nursing support
- Guide and support junior nurses and nursing staff
- Address patient and attendant concerns professionally
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures
- Maintain discipline and teamwork within the nursing department
