Role Overview We're seeking a Nokia Altiplano Deployment Engineer to install, upgrade, and operationalize Nokia's Altiplano access controller platform for our broadband service provider clients. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on getting SDN-based access management platforms live and running smoothly in production environments.

Responsibilities ● Install and configure the Nokia Altiplano access controller in greenfield and brownfield environments ● Plan and execute software upgrades and platform migrations with minimal service disruption ● Operationalize Altiplano for day-to-day network operations, including onboarding of Nokia 7360 ISAM FX and 7362 ISAM access nodes and integration with OSS/BSS systems ● Develop and execute test plans to validate platform functionality post-installation/upgrade ● Support automation and orchestration workflows enabled through Altiplano's SDN control layer, including coordination with Nokia NSP where applicable ● Provide documentation, runbooks,



and knowledge transfer to client operations teams ● Troubleshoot platform-level issues and coordinate with Nokia support as needed during escalations Must-Have Requirement Minimum 3 years of direct employment with Nokia in a specific Services Delivery team (e.g., Nokia Global Services, Professional Services, or Customer Services Delivery) with hands-on responsibility for Altiplano or broadband access platform deployments. Candidates without verifiable Nokia employment history in a services delivery capacity will not be considered.

Requirements ● Minimum 3 years of employment with Nokia in a Services Delivery team, specifically supporting Altiplano or broadband access controller deployments (required — see Must-Have Requirement above) ● Hands-on experience installing, upgrading, or operating the Nokia Altiplano access controller ● Working knowledge of Nokia 7360 ISAM FX / 7362 ISAM access nodes and how they integrate with Altiplano ● Strong understanding of broadband access network architectures and SDN/NFV concepts ● Experience with software upgrade planning, rollback procedures, and change management in live networks ● Familiarity with integrating access controllers with OSS/BSS and northbound APIs ● Strong troubleshooting skills across access, control, and management planes ● Nokia certifications related to Altiplano or SDN access solutions a plus ● Ability to work independently in office or remotely with distributed client teams Why Join Telence Solutions ● Be part of a team shaping next-generation, SDN-driven broadband access deployments ● Direct exposure to cutting-edge automation and orchestration technology ● Growing company with an in-house AI-powered NMS platform gaining strong industry traction
