Roles and Responsibilities :
- Perform complex spinal surgeries, including minimally invasive procedures, to treat various conditions such as herniated discs, degenerative spondylolisthesis, and spinal stenosis.
- Conduct pre-operative assessments and develop treatment plans for patients with neurological disorders affecting the spine.
- Collaborate with other medical professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients undergoing spine surgery.
- Stay up-to-date with latest advancements in neurosurgery techniques and technologies to improve patient outcomes.
Job Requirements :
- Master's degree in Surgery (MCh) or equivalent qualification in Neurosurgery.
- 5-25 years of experience in performing spine surgeries independently.
- Robust knowledge of MCH protocols and guidelines for neurosurgical procedures.
- Proficiency in performing minimally invasive spine surgeries using advanced technology.
