Job Summary:

The Network & Security Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the organization’s network infrastructure and ensuring robust security across systems. This role involves managing LAN/WAN/VPN environments, monitoring security threats, implementing security controls, and leading a team to maintain high availability and data protection standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain global LAN, WAN, VPN, and wireless networks
- Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot routers, switches, firewalls, and network devices
- Oversee implementation and management of network security systems
- Lead and supervise daily network operations and security activities
- Implement and manage security tools such as IDS/IPS, SIEM, and endpoint security solutions
- Conduct vulnerability assessments, risk analysis, and remediation planning
- Monitor network performance and resolve incidents in a timely manner




- Ensure network security compliance with organizational and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with IT teams and external vendors for upgrades and improvements
- Maintain proper documentation, SOPs, and disaster recovery plans
- Support business continuity and incident response planning

Key Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 5–8 years of experience in network and security management
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with firewalls, VPNs, and security frameworks
- Experience in handling enterprise-level network infrastructure
- Valuable leadership and team management skills

Preferred Skills & Certifications:

- Certifications like CCNA, CCNP, CEH, CISSP (preferred)
- Experience with cloud networking (AWS/Azure)
- Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and compliance standards
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
