Shift-24 by 7

- Monitor network infrastructure, connectivity, and alerts using network monitoring tools.
- Provide L1 support for LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and Internet connectivity issues.
- Troubleshoot basic network issues related to switches, routers, access points, firewalls, and network devices.
- Perform basic troubleshooting using Ping, Tracert/Traceroute, IPConfig/IFConfig, NSLookup, Telnet, etc.
- Troubleshoot IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, gateway, and connectivity-related issues.
- Perform basic VLAN and port-level troubleshooting.
- Check network device/interface status, link status, errors, and utilization.
- Coordinate with ISP, OEM, and L2/L3 network teams for complex issues.
- Create, update, and maintain incidents and service requests in the ITSM/ticketing tool.




- Follow incident management, escalation, and SLA processes.
- Perform remote troubleshooting and provide support to end users.
- Maintain proper documentation of incidents, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions.
- Monitor network alerts and escalate critical/P1 issues as per escalation matrix.
- Assist in network device configuration changes under the guidance of L2/L3 teams.
- Support network installations, patching, cable connectivity, and basic rack/device checks.
- Maintain network-related reports and daily operational checklists.
