Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Network Administrator role based in Surat.

The Network

Administrator will be responsible for configuring, monitoring, and maintaining network infrastructure to ensure stable and secure connectivity for customers and internal operations. Daily activities include managing routers, switches, and access points, performing routine network health checks, and responding to network incidents and service disruptions. The role also involves diagnosing and resolving network and system issues, coordinating with technical support teams,



and implementing improvements to enhance performance and reliability.

The Network

Administrator will document network configurations and changes, support rollout of upgrades, and adhere to company standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Network Administration skills, including configuration, monitoring, and maintenance of network devices.
- Candidates should possess solid Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills to diagnose, resolve, and escalate connectivity and performance issues.
- Candidates should possess System Administration capabilities to manage related servers, services, and network management tools.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Network Security practices, including access controls, firewall policies, and vulnerability mitigation.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include familiarity with ISP environments, experience with broadband technologies, and understanding of TCP/IP, routing protocols, and VLANs.
- Relevant certification (e.g., CCNA, Network+) and a diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field are preferred.
- Ability to work in office in Surat, manage priorities in a fast-paced setting, and communicate clearly with internal teams and customers.
