About the Role

We are looking for a highly .NET Lead with 8-10 years of experience in designing and building scalable enterprise applications using the Microsoft technology stack. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in .NET Core, Microservices, API development, Application Security, and Architecture Design, along with the ability to drive technical decisions and mentor engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and define architecture for enterprise-grade .NET applications.
- Develop scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions aligned with business requirements.
- Architect microservices-based and API-driven application ecosystems.
- Lead application modernization initiatives and technology transformations.
- Establish coding standards, architecture guidelines, and governance practices across development teams.
- Drive implementation of non-functional requirements such as scalability, performance, security, reliability, observability, and disaster recovery.
- Conduct architecture reviews, technical design discussions, and code quality assessments.




- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and engineering teams to deliver robust solutions.
- Promote DevOps practices, CI/CD automation, and cloud-native development methodologies.
- Identify and mitigate architectural risks, performance bottlenecks, and technical debt.
- Mentor developers and provide technical leadership across project teams.

Required Competencies

- Robust expertise in designing secure and scalable enterprise applications.
- Proven experience in microservices architecture and REST API design.
- Excellent understanding of application security concepts, including OAuth2, JWT, ASP.NET Identity, and OWASP guidelines.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Experience in architecture governance, design reviews, and technical leadership.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
