Role Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Technical Architect to drive the Architecture, design, development, and delivery of modern, scalable enterpise products. In this role, you will provide hands‑on technical leadership using .NET Core and Angular, guide development teams, and collaborate closely with product, QA, and DevOps partners to deliver high‑quality solutions.

Primary (Must have skills):

5+ years of experience in building Test Frameworks using .NET Technologies

14+ years in web application development using C#, ASP.NET, Web API, .NET (Core and Framework)

The role requires contributing to solutions that operate at scale, integrate across multiple systems, and meet high standards for reliability, performance, security, and maintainability.

What You'll Do:

- Lead the architecture and development of enterprise-grade .NET applications with a focus on scalability, security, and performance.
- Design and implement cloud-native solutions using Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Azure SQL, and Azure DevOps.
- Drive microservices architecture, REST API design, and application modernization/migration initiatives.
- Define and enforce architectural standards, design patterns, coding best practices, and security guidelines.
- Collaborate with business, product,



and engineering teams to translate requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, code reviews, and governance across development teams.
- Optimize application performance through architecture improvements, database tuning, caching, and scalability best practices.
- Champion quality engineering through unit testing (xUnit/NUnit), UI/API test frameworks, and automation tools such as Selenium or Playwright.

- Strong oral, presentation and written communication are must have
- Ability to see the big picture, align technical decisions with business goals, and design scalable future-proof solutions.
- Confident in making architectural decisions based on data, trade-offs, and long-term value.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain productive relationships with team members
- Provide constructive feedback during code reviews and be open to receiving feedback on your own code.
- Strong organization, collaboration, and time management skills
- Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to identifying risks, resolving challenges, and proposing innovative solutions.
