Key Responsibilities:
- Provide L2 production support for MySQL databases.
- Monitor database performance, availability, and health.
- Troubleshoot SQL queries, performance issues, locks, deadlocks, and connectivity problems.
- Perform backup, restore, replication, and recovery activities.
- Manage MySQL users, roles, privileges, and security.
- Perform database maintenance, patching, upgrades, and configuration changes.
- Analyze logs and troubleshoot incidents using ITIL/ServiceNow processes.
- Support MySQL replication, HA, and failover environments.
- Work with application and infrastructure teams for production issues.
Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
Education
- Bachelor's (Required)
Experience
- MySQL Admin: 4 years (Required)
