About the Role

HOCK International is looking for an experienced Multimedia Content Producer to create professional video and visual content for our marketing, educational programs, webinars, events, and partner initiatives.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can independently manage the complete production process: from planning and filming to editing and delivering polished content for multiple platforms.

Responsibilities

- Film and photograph HOCK events, conferences, interviews, partner visits, and student activities across India.
- Create Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn videos, interviews, testimonials, event recaps, promotional videos, and long-form educational content.
- Turn webinars, presentations, articles, and existing recordings into engaging short- and long-form content.
- Edit course videos, instructor recordings, product demonstrations, and member onboarding materials.
- Create instructional videos explaining HOCK platforms, products, and services.
- Add captions, graphics, animation, music, transitions, and other branded elements.
- Create thumbnails, title screens, quote graphics, and other supporting visual assets.
- Maintain an organized library of footage, photographs, project files, and completed content.
- Work with HOCK’s marketing team and subject-matter experts to plan content and meet production deadlines.

Requirements

- At least 3–5 years of professional video production and editing experience.
- A strong portfolio that includes short-form social content and professionally edited long-form videos.
- Advanced proficiency with qualified editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve,



or Final Cut Pro.
- Experience with motion graphics software such as Adobe After Effects or an equivalent platform.
- Working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar design tools.
- Strong knowledge of cameras, lighting, composition, microphones, audio recording, color correction, and captioning.
- Experience filming interviews, testimonials, presentations, and live events.
- Understanding of video requirements for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management.
- Ability to work independently, follow creative direction, and respond professionally to feedback.
- Willingness to travel within India and occasionally work outside regular hours for events.

Experience creating content for education, professional training, or international organizations is preferred.

Selection Process

Selected applicants will complete an initial interview and portfolio review. Finalists may be asked to complete a short, paid editing assignment using footage provided by HOCK. Final hiring decisions will be based on the applicant’s portfolio, technical ability, creative judgment, communication, and performance on the assignment.
