Ri8 Solution Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced MuleSoft Technical Lead to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will have solid expertise in enterprise integration, API development, and MuleSoft technologies, along with proven technical leadership and mentoring skills.

The selected candidate will be responsible for designing and developing complex integration solutions, leading MuleSoft development teams, establishing technical standards, and collaborating with architects and application teams to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performing enterprise integrations.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex enterprise integrations using MuleSoft Mule 4.x and Anypoint Platform.
- Develop and maintain REST/SOAP APIs using MuleSoft and DataWeave.
- Design and implement API-led connectivity, synchronous/asynchronous integration patterns, and event-driven integrations.
- Utilize Anypoint MQ and messaging technologies to build reliable and scalable integration solutions.
- Conduct API design and code reviews to ensure adherence to enterprise integration best practices.
- Establish and enforce MuleSoft development standards, coding guidelines, and technical best practices.
- Implement API security, error handling, retry/recovery mechanisms, and performance optimization strategies.
- Drive automated testing using MUnit and support Maven, Git,



CI/CD pipelines, and automated deployments.
- Monitor production integrations, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and ensure system reliability and scalability.
- Mentor and guide MuleSoft developers and collaborate with architects and application teams on integration strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- 12+ years of overall IT experience, including 10+ years in enterprise integration and API development.
- 5+ years of strong hands-on experience with MuleSoft Mule 4.x and Anypoint Platform.
- Robust expertise in Mule 4.x, DataWeave, REST/SOAP APIs, HTTP/HTTPS, Anypoint MQ, messaging, and event-driven integrations.
- Strong understanding of API-led connectivity, synchronous/asynchronous integration patterns, API security, error handling, retry/recovery, performance, and scalability.
- Hands-on experience with MUnit, Maven, Git, CI/CD, automated deployments, monitoring, and production troubleshooting.
- Proven ability to design and develop complex integrations and enforce enterprise integration best practices.
- Strong technical leadership, communication, problem-solving, and mentoring skills.

Certifications

Required:

- MuleSoft Certified Developer – Mule 4.

Preferred:

- MuleSoft Certified Integration Architect.
- MuleSoft Certified Platform Architect.
