We are hiring for an Senior Software Engineer – Full Stack (Backend Heavy) to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in backend development, API design and integration, Kubernetes-based deployments, and modern cloud-native application environments. This role focuses on building, deploying, and supporting scalable backend services while working closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

? Experience - 5 - 8 Years

? Notice : Immediate Joiner to 60 days (preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs.
- Build and integrate APIs across internal and external systems.
- Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot applications running on Kubernetes clusters.
- Create and maintain deployment configurations using Helm Charts and YAML.
- Work with ArgoCD or similar deployment/GitOps tools for application delivery.
- Monitor, debug, and resolve complex production issues.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve system reliability, scalability, and performance.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to technical design discussions.
- Document technical solutions, requirements, and operational procedures.

Core Skills Required:

- Strong backend development experience using Golang, Python, Java,



Node.js or similar programming languages.
- Strong hands-on coding expertise with the ability to solve medium-to-complex coding problems independently using efficient and optimized approaches.
- Strong knowledge of Data Structures & Algorithms, OOP, problem-solving, and writing clean, scalable, production-quality backend code.
- Hands-on experience in API development and integration.
- Experience managing and deploying applications on Kubernetes clusters.
- Solid understanding of containerized application environments.
- Experience with Helm Charts and YAML-based configurations.
- Experience with ArgoCD or similar deployment/GitOps tools.
- Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in Linux environments.
- Knowledge of Microservices Architecture and experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
