Key Responsibilities

- Keep test motorcycles in good running condition.

- Perform routine motorcycle maintenance and basic repairs.

- Carry out vehicle checks before test rides.

- Mount and remove outriggers on motorcycles.

- Prepare motorcycles for testing and customer demonstrations.

- Flash ABS ECUs and other control units using approved tools and procedures.

- Maintain records of software versions loaded on motorcycles.

- Maintain mechanic tools, workshop equipment, spare parts and consumables.

- Keep the workshop clean and follow safe working practices.

- Support Bosch engineers during testing and troubleshooting activities.

- Build good working relationships with customer teams and workshop colleagues.

- Support movement of vehicles and equipment between project locations.

Required Qualification and Experience

- ITI / Diploma in Automobile, Mechanical, Mechatronics or related field.

- Experience in motorcycle maintenance, workshop operations or vehicle testing.

- Hands-on mechanical skills and basic knowledge of vehicle electrical systems.

- Basic computer knowledge for records and straightforward documentation.
