Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.

3-5 years of relevant experience in procurement and sourcing of MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Operations) Electrical materials and services.

Hands-on experience in procurement of electrical equipment, spares, consumables, drives, automation products, and industrial electrical systems.

Strong understanding of procurement processes, vendor management, contract negotiations, and supply chain management.

Experience in handling RFQs, bid evaluations, commercial negotiations, purchase order processing, and vendor development.

Knowledge of industrial electrical products such as motors, VFDs, MCCs, switchgear, transformers, cables, automation systems, PLCs, instrumentation, and associated spares.

Ability to work with cross-functional teams including maintenance, engineering, projects, and finance departments.

Positive analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
