About Cladbe

Cladbe is a proptech company rebuilding how Indian residential real estate gets launched, marketed, and sold. Real estate is India's largest asset class and still one of its least data-driven markets — launches run on gut feel, marketing runs through layers of agencies, and buyers navigate crore-sized decisions with almost no reliable information. We work on both sides of that problem: data-driven launch marketing for residential developers, and a consumer platform for home buyers.

We are bringing our entire creative engine in-house — film, motion, design, and the ads they feed — instead of renting it from agencies the way this industry always has. This role is one of the first seats in that studio.

The Role

Most editors cut what they're handed. This seat makes the thing.

Front one — real estate launches. Project films, walkthroughs, reels, motion logos, and the AV loops that run in sales galleries and at launch events. In this market the creative isn't decoration: a family decides whether to drive to a site on the strength of a 30-second cut. Your work is what they see first, and how fast crores of inventory move depends on whether it lands.

Front two — the consumer platform. Video and motion for our home-buyer brand, live from your first week: the buyer ads, the format library, the social feed. You cut to what the performance numbers say, and re-cut when they say something else.

Everything runs in-house and in your hands: the edit, the motion, the sound, the delivery. No agency in between. You own the output,



and the room sees it from you every week.

What You Will Do

- Edit and deliver project films, reels, and walkthroughs for residential launches — concept to final export, in Hindi and English
- Build motion graphics from scratch: motion logos, animated statics and stories, kinetic typography, AV loops for galleries and events
- Turn shoot footage, 3D plates, and brand systems into launch-ready content that holds a developer's brand standard
- Cut ad creative in every format the campaigns need (9:16, 1:1, 16:9) with the digital marketer — and iterate on what performs, rapid
- Own sound design and colour on your own edits
- Run the studio's video pipeline: project files, versioning, delivery specs, a library the whole team can pull from
- Show the work weekly, directly to leadership — your cuts, your reasoning

What We Need

- Hands-on motion and edit craft — you have personally built the work, not supervised a post house
- Deep, current fluency in After Effects and Premiere Pro (DaVinci Resolve welcome)
- Real motion design ability — typography in motion, logo animation, clean transitions — not just cutting to music
- Sound design and basic colour grading you can do yourself
- A reel that shows pace, restraint, and brand work; real estate, architecture, or high-ticket consumer work strongly preferred
- Comfort with Illustrator and Photoshop; Cinema 4D or Blender is a plus
- Operator temperament: you make the first cut without a brief, take feedback in the open, and ship
