Moveworks AI Engineer – Enterprise AI Automation

Experience: 4+ years

Location: India / Vietnam / Philippines / Malaysia

Role Type: Full-Time

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Moveworks AI Engineer to build and deploy enterprise AI agents, plugins, workflows, and integrations. This is primarily a development-focused role (80%) , with some platform administration, governance, and production support responsibilities (20%).

Key Responsibilities

- Design, build, test and deploy Moveworks Agent Studio plugins, workflows, agents, and conversational experiences .
- Develop REST API integrations , including JSON, OAuth/authentication, webhooks, data mapping, and error handling.
- Build enterprise automation across platforms such as ServiceNow, Workday, Nextthink, Jira, or Zendesk .
- Develop automation for ITSM, HR self-service, endpoint support, knowledge discovery, and employee workflows.
- Configure conversation flows, triggers, activities, decision logic, confirmations, and access-aware responses.
- Troubleshoot production issues involving APIs, integrations, workflows, access, and bot responses.
- Work with business and technical stakeholders to convert requirements into production-ready AI automations.
- Support testing, UAT, releases, documentation, and continuous improvement.

Must-Have Skills





- Hands-on Moveworks Agent Studio experience with evidence of building plugins/workflows , not just platform administration.
- Strong REST API / JSON / OAuth / Webhooks integration experience.
- Experience with at least one enterprise workflow platform such as ServiceNow, Workday, Nextthink, Jira or Zendesk .
- Scripting experience in Python, JavaScript, or PowerShell .
- Experience taking integrations/automations through development → testing → production .
- Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.

Good to Have

- Nexthink, Snowflake, or Power BI
- Microsoft Teams/bot deployment
- Microsoft Entra ID / SSO / RBAC
- LLM and RAG concepts
- Moveworks, ServiceNow, or Microsoft Copilot Studio certification
- Experience with enterprise AI assistants, chatbots, or automation platforms.
