Role Overview :

This role is for creative professionals who are passionate about animation, motion design, and bringing brand stories to life through dynamic visual experiences.

At Bold & Beyond, youll create engaging motion graphics, animations, video assets, and visual content for a diverse portfolio of brands across social media, digital marketing, PR campaigns, and integrated communications. Youll collaborate closely with Video Editors, Graphic Designers, Content Writers, Social Media teams, and Account Managers to produce compelling content that captures attention and enhances audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities :

Motion Design & Animation

Create engaging motion graphics, 2D animations, animated typography, logo animations, explainer videos, and promotional content

Develop visually compelling animations for Instagram Reels, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, YouTube, websites, and digital campaigns

Bring static designs to life using creative animation techniques and storytelling

Ensure all animations align with client objectives and brand guidelines





Creative Development

Collaborate with Graphic Designers and Content teams to transform concepts into engaging motion content

Create animated assets for social media campaigns, advertisements, presentations, product launches, and events

Develop storyboard concepts and animation sequences before production

Contribute creative ideas that elevate campaign storytelling and audience engagement

Video & Post-Production Support

Support video editing by creating motion graphics, lower thirds, transitions, titles, animated icons, and visual effects

Integrate motion graphics seamlessly into videos and digital campaigns

Perform basic colour correction, audio synchronization, and visual enhancements where required

Optimize final exports for multiple digital platforms and screen formats

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with Video Editors, Graphic Designers, Social Media teams, PR teams, Content Writers, and Account Managers

Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop innovative creative concepts

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of creative assets

Implement client and internal feedback while maintaining creative quality

Quality Assurance

Review motion graphics for animation quality, timing, consistency, and technical accuracy

Ensure all deliverables meet agency quality standards and client expectations

Stay updated with emerging animation trends, creative technologies, and digital content formats

Continuously explore new animation techniques and creative workflows





Creative Innovation

Experiment with current animation styles, motion graphics techniques, AI-powered creative tools, and visual storytelling formats

Recommend innovative motion-led ideas for campaigns and branded content

Contribute to strengthening the agencys creative capabilities through fresh visual approaches

Support integrated marketing campaigns with high-quality animated content

Must-Have Skills

2-4 years of experience in Motion Graphics or Animation with agency experience preferred

Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro

Strong working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator

Basic knowledge of Cinema 4D, Blender, Adobe Animate, or similar motion design software is an added advantage

Strong understanding of animation principles, motion design, typography, colour, composition, and visual storytelling

Experience creating motion graphics for social media, digital campaigns, advertisements, and branded content

Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Creative mindset with exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities A strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics, animation, and digital creative work is preferred
