Job Overview

We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic, and responsible Pre-Primary Mother Teacher to nurture, educate, and support young children in a safe, positive, and engaging learning environment. The ideal candidate should be patient, compassionate, energetic, and genuinely passionate about working with young children.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide loving care, guidance, and supervision to pre-primary children.
- Plan and conduct age-appropriate learning activities, games, storytelling, rhymes, and creative activities.
- Support children's emotional, social, physical, and cognitive development.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and child-friendly classroom setting.
- Assist children with daily routines, hygiene, meals, and other personal needs when required.




- Encourage good manners, discipline, sharing, communication, and positive behavior.
- Understand and respond to the individual needs of each child.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding children's progress and well-being.

Minimum Qualification: Graduation in any discipline.

- Female candidates preferred.
- Prior experience working with pre-primary/young children will be an advantage.
- Montessori, NTT, ECCE, or other early-childhood education certification will be an added advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patient, caring, energetic, and responsible personality.
- Ability to engage children through creative and interactive activities.
- Good command of English is preferred.
