Job role:

1. Deliver comprehensive training sessions based on Montessori principles and methodology to aspiring nursery and preschool teachers enrolled in the training program.
2. Develop teaching aids, lesson plans, and activities to enhance learning.
3. Guide trainees on classroom management, child observation, and lesson delivery.
4. Evaluate trainee performance through written assignments,



classroom presentations, and teaching demos.
5. Support teachers in implementing Montessori practices in real classroom settings.
6. Stay updated with advancements in Montessori education and integrate them into training.
7. assignment checking + content creation + query solving of the participants

Working Mode:

Work from Home (Always)

Full Time

- 5or 6 hours ( 6 days a week )

Note: The Trainer should be available for training sessions scheduled between 5.30 PM- 7 PM and 8:30 PM -10:00 PM. The remaining 2 hour can be given as per mutual agreement between the employer and the employee.

Eligibility:

1.Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Montessori Teacher, preferably in a leadership role such as a Centre Head or Curriculum Developer .

1. Deep understanding of Montessori philosophy, teaching materials, and classroom management strategies.
