Position: Monitoring Executive

Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor daily city operations through the company’s digital portal.
- Track the daily work done percentage of field employees and ensure targets are achieved.
- Monitor field staff attendance, productivity, and operational activities.
- Check and verify whether field employees are following the defined Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Coordinate with field employees and Operations Teams to resolve day-to-day operational issues.
- Identify gaps in field operations and report them to the concerned team/management.
- Coordinate with government officials/bodies and provide necessary operational updates.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly monitoring reports.
- Maintain accurate records of operational performance and employee activities.
- Support management with data, reports, and operational insights for better decision-making.




- Ensure timely follow-up on pending tasks and operational issues.
- Perform any other monitoring or reporting activities assigned by management.

Eligibility

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic to good knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Comfortable working with digital portals and monitoring dashboards.
- Valuable analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to coordinate with field teams and government representatives.
- Candidates with experience in operations, monitoring, MIS, field coordination, or waste-management projects will be preferred.
