What would you do Deliver in a Supporting Role for 1. Enable People: Project Staffing Staff On boarding

- Unit Operations: Production Readiness Operations Reporting
- Technology Work Setting Readiness: Coordinate with TWE Leads on Desktops/PCs, Laptops, Work space, printers etc.
- Client Visits
- Assist in the knowledge transfer process
- Assist in the Capacity planning process

Establish operate PMO processes in an Accenture engagement context. Apply traditional or Agile / Scaled Agile practices to support the underlying program, project or portfolio.

What are we looking for 1. Staffing On boarding

- Coordinate timely staffing and seamless on boarding of the team members
1. Production Readiness Operations Reporting

- Timely successful coordination to ensure Production Readiness Operations Reporting

1. Technology Work Environment Readiness

- Timely successful coordination to ensure TWE Readiness

1. Client Visits

- Support the team to successfully show case Accenture capabilities to Clients

- RFI / RFP responses

1. Assist the Knowledge transfer Lead in the KT process
2. Assist in the Capacity Planning Process 7.Assist in Operational Excellence process documentation

Certifications:



PMP, Prince, Agile

- GCC Transitions
- Pullingtransitions in to India with end-to-end responsibility of specific process/ country/ business unit

- Ensuring delivery center readiness for new deals by program managing the recruiting, workplace set-up, IT deployment, BCP, service management setup etc

Roles and Responsibilities:

- In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of moderately complex problems
- May create new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures

- The person would require understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals
- Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor
- May interact with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture

- Guidance would be provided when determining methods and procedures on new assignments
- Decisions made by you will often impact the team in which they reside
- Individual would manage small teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture

- Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
- Would need to Travel to client location within/outside India.
