- Conduct field visits, door-to-door outreach, and community meetings.
- Explain program benefits, eligibility criteria, and enrollment requirements.
- Identify, counsel, and register eligible participants.
- Build relationships with community leaders, local organizations, schools, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Organize awareness sessions, outreach activities, and enrollment drives.
- Follow up with participants to support attendance and continued participation.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach, registrations, attendance, and feedback.
- Work toward agreed mobilization and enrollment targets.
- Share field challenges and community feedback with the project team.
- Handle participant information confidentially and follow organizational safeguarding policies.

Requirements

- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in the local language.
- Ability to build trust with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Basic smartphone, data-entry, and reporting skills.
- Willingness to travel locally and conduct regular field visits.
