Role Description The Mobile Equipment Supervisor is a full time, on-site role based in Patna, responsible for overseeing the operation, deployment, and maintenance of mobile construction equipment such as earthmovers, cranes, and material handling machinery. The role includes planning daily equipment usage, coordinating with project managers and site engineers, and ensuring equipment availability to meet project schedules.

The supervisor monitors equipment performance, organizes routine inspections and repairs, and enforces safety and compliance standards for all operators. Day-to-day tasks involve maintaining equipment logs, managing equipment-related issues on site, guiding operators and support staff,



and ensuring effective communication between site teams and management.

Qualifications

- Team Management and Team Leadership skills to supervise equipment operators and support staff effectively.
- Project Management capabilities to plan equipment deployment, align resources with project timelines, and coordinate with site leadership.
- Telecommunications and Telephony skills to manage on-site communication, coordinate equipment movements, and respond to operational issues in real time.
- Experience with mobile construction equipment operations, maintenance processes, and safety protocols.
- Strong knowledge of construction site procedures, health and safety regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Ability to read and interpret basic technical documents, equipment manuals, and work schedules.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with attention to detail.
- Relevant technical diploma or degree in mechanical, civil, or construction-related fields, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience supervising equipment or field operations in the construction industry is highly beneficial.
