RCA for production incidents, including P1/P2 issues. Analyze crashes, ANRs, performance issues, API failures, UI issues, device/OS-specific issues, and integration failures. Perform code-level debugging and identify the actual root cause, not just the symptom.
Analyze application logs, crash reports, stack traces, API responses, and network logs. Reproduce production issues and validate fixes across relevant devices and OS versions. Collaborate with Backend, API, QA, DevOps, Product, and other engineering teams for end-to-end issue resolution.
