Key Responsibilities:

- Extract data dumps from SAP and prepare customised reports as per the requirements of stakeholders.
- Operate and maintain the Sales modules in SAP to ensure accurate data processing and reporting.
- Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports along with performance analysis.
- Monitor and manage stock and inventory across the USA, Australia, and Canada markets.
- Prepare and maintain reports for outsourced products.
- Prepare Kickback Reports for EC, MW, and WC.
- Track in-transit inventory and outsourced product stock levels to ensure data and inventory accuracy.
- Manage in-house sales reporting and inventory reconciliation activities.
- Develop and maintain key business reports to support management decision-making and business analysis.
- Identify discrepancies in sales and inventory data and coordinate with relevant teams for timely resolution.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, and other stakeholders,



to ensure accurate reporting and smooth business operations.
- Experience: 35 years in Sales MIS, Business Reporting, Sales Operations or Inventory MIS. Hands-on experience in SAP reporting and handling large data sets preferred.
- Qualification: Graduate BBA / BBM / BCA, MBA in Business or Data Analyst or equivalent.

- Key Skills:
- Advanced MS Excel – Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, SUMIFS/COUNTIFS, IF/IFERROR, data cleaning & reconciliation.
- Strong SAP data extraction and reporting skills.
- Experience in Sales & Inventory MIS and management reporting.
- Positive analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of Power Query, Power BI or VBA will be an added advantage.
- Good communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
