Key Responsibilities

Data Management: Collect, clean, and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly business data accurately from multiple sources.

Report Generation: Create and maintain comprehensive MIS reports, performance trackers, and management dashboards.

Data Analysis: Analyse complex data sets to identify trends, flag anomalies, and provide actionable insights to management.

Process Automation: Optimize data compilation processes using formulas to minimize errors and save reporting time.

Technical Skills (Must Have):

- Advanced Excel & Google Sheets: Deep, thorough knowledge of both platforms.
- Data Summarization: Complete mastery over Pivot Tables for structuring massive data sets.
- Complex Formulas: Proficient with advanced functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, and Conditional Formatting).
- Tally Prime

Education & Background:

- Minimum Education: 12th Pass, Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree.
- Preferred Background: A foundational background in Mathematics, Statistics, or a related analytical discipline will be a significant advantage.

Work Experience - 3-5 yrs Working Experience as MIS Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
