Mid NodeJs Developer (3-4 Yrs)

Moon Technolabs is hiring a Node.js Developer at Sola, Ahmedabad.

We are looking for a skilled Node.js Developer with 3–4 years of relevant experience to develop scalable backend applications and RESTful APIs. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Node.js, TypeScript/JavaScript, databases, cloud services, and backend architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, maintain, and enhance scalable backend applications using Node.js and TypeScript/JavaScript.
- Design and implement secure, high-performance RESTful APIs and backend services.
- Integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways, cloud services, and communication platforms.
- Optimize application performance, database queries, and API response times.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
- Collaborate with frontend, QA, DevOps, and product teams.
- Participate in code reviews and follow coding standards.
- Assist with deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of backend applications.

Requirements:

- 3–4 years of hands-on experience in Node.js backend development.




- Strong knowledge of Node.js, Express.js/NestJS, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript.
- Experience developing RESTful APIs and backend services.
- Good knowledge of MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
- Understanding of database design, indexing, query optimization, and ORM/ODM tools.
- Knowledge of JWT, OAuth2, and RBAC.
- Basic knowledge of Redis.
- Exposure to AWS/Azure/GCP, Docker, Linux, CI/CD, and Git.
- Understanding of Microservices Architecture.
- Experience with Jest/Mocha for unit testing is preferred.
- WebSockets/Socket.IO and message brokers such as RabbitMQ, Kafka, or AWS SQS are a plus.
- Solid analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.

- Agile/Scrum experience
- Client communication: Required.
