Title : MID NodeJS Developer (3-4 years)

Location : Ahmedabad | On-Site | Local Candidates Preferred

Primary Responsibilities :

- Develop, maintain, and enhance scalable backend applications using Node.js and TypeScript/JavaScript.
- Design and implement secure, high-performance RESTful APIs and backend services.
- Collaborate with frontend developers, QA, DevOps, and product teams to deliver high-quality software.
- Integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways, cloud services, and communication platforms.
- Write clean, modular, reusable, and well-documented code following coding standards.
- Optimize application performance, database queries, and API response times.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues with minimal supervision.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development standards.
- Assist in deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of backend applications.
- Stay updated with modern backend technologies and best practices.

Technical RequirementsCore Technologies
- Strong hands-on experience with Node.js, Express.js, or NestJS.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.
- Solid understanding of asynchronous programming, event loop, promises, streams, and async/await.
- Experience developing RESTful APIs and backend services.
- Knowledge of authentication and authorization using JWT, OAuth2,



and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).

Databases
- Experience with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
- Good understanding of database design, indexing, query optimization, and ORM/ODM tools such as Prisma, Sequelize, TypeORM, or Mongoose.
- Basic knowledge of Redis caching.

Cloud & DevOps
- Exposure to AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Experience with Docker and containerized applications.
- Familiarity with Linux environments and basic server management.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins.
- Strong knowledge of Git and collaborative development workflows.

Additional Skills
- Understanding of Microservices Architecture.
- Experience with WebSockets or Socket.IO is an advantage.
- Familiarity with message brokers such as RabbitMQ, Kafka, or AWS SQS is a plus.
- Experience writing unit tests using Jest or Mocha.
- Robust debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum development practices.

Nice to Have
- Experience with GraphQL.
- Basic knowledge of AI/LLM API integrations.
- Exposure to serverless applications using AWS Lambda.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools such as PM2, Grafana, or Prometheus.
