We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Dynamics 365 F&O; solutions to meet business requirements. You will collaborate with stakeholders, analyze processes, and provide functional expertise to ensure successful delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Requirement gathering: Work with business stakeholders to understand and document functional requirements.
- Solution design: Translate business needs into functional specifications and system configurations.
- Implementation: Configure modules such as Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Inventory, and Manufacturing.
- Testing: Conduct functional testing, UAT support, and ensure system quality.
- Training: Provide end-user training and documentation.
- Support: Deliver ongoing functional support, troubleshoot issues, and optimize processes.
- Collaboration:



Work closely with technical consultants and developers for customizations and integrations.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Solid knowledge of Dynamics 365 F&O; modules (Finance, SCM, Procurement, Inventory, Manufacturing).
- Experience in ERP implementations, preferably full-cycle projects.
- Ability to create functional documentation and process flows.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related field.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications are a plus.

Preferred Experience
- 3–7 years of experience as a Dynamics 365 F&O; Functional Consultant.
- Exposure to global rollouts and multi-entity implementations.
- Knowledge of Power BI and reporting tools.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per month Work Location: Hybrid remote in Pune, Maharashtra (Pune, Pune District)
