Job Summary

Hytone Merchants Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an energetic and target-oriented Micro LAP Sales Executive to generate leads and acquire customers for Micro Loan Against Property (LAP) products. The candidate will be responsible for field sales, customer acquisition, document collection, and coordinating with the credit and operations teams for smooth loan processing.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new leads through field visits, references, local market activities, and customer outreach.
- Identify potential customers for Micro LAP / Loan Against Property products.
- Meet prospective customers and explain loan products, eligibility, documentation, and repayment terms.
- Conduct field visits for customer meetings, property/business verification, and lead follow-ups.
- Collect and verify customer KYC and required loan documents.
- Coordinate with the Credit, Operations, and Verification teams for application processing.
- Follow up with customers from lead generation until loan approval and disbursement.
- Maintain regular relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Achieve daily, weekly,



and monthly sales/disbursement targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer visits, applications, and sales activities.
- Ensure all customer acquisition and documentation activities are completed as per company policy and compliance requirements.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate; Graduate candidates preferred.
- 02 years of experience in BFSI, NBFC, Microfinance, Loan Sales, LAP, Personal Loan, or Field Sales preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales skills can also apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Robust convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Target-oriented and comfortable with field sales.
- Knowledge of the local market will be an advantage.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones and digital applications.
