Role & responsibilities

- Lead functional setup, assessment, and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Configure and manage finance processes including:

- Chart of Accounts

- Dimensions

- Accounts Payable (AP)

- Accounts Receivable (AR)

- Financial reporting
- Support CRM-related functionalities within Business Central.
- Analyze business processes and recommend ERP best practices.
- Work closely with client stakeholders for successful adoption and process alignment.
- Enable dashboards, reporting, and workflow automation.
- Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, enhancements, and customizations.
- Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and process improvement recommendations.
- Identify automation opportunities using AI, Copilot, and Power Platform.

Preferred candidate profile

- Robust hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consulting.
- Deep understanding of finance and accounting processes.
- Experience in ERP implementation and stakeholder management.
- Expertise in configuring COA, Dimensions, AP/AR, and reporting modules.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- Ability to work independently with US stakeholders.
