Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused candidates to join our Meta AI Process. The selected candidate will be responsible for assisting customers with AI-related queries, providing accurate information, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer queries through voice, chat, or email as per process requirements.

Assist customers with Meta AI-related products, features, and services.

Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.

Troubleshoot basic technical and AI-related issues.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Follow company policies, quality standards, and process guidelines.

Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.





Maintain professional communication and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Achieve assigned performance and quality targets.

Requirements

Good communication skills in English.

Basic knowledge of computers and internet applications.

Good problem-solving and analytical skills.

Ability to understand and explain AI-related features in a simple manner.

Customer-oriented attitude.

Ability to work in a team and handle multiple queries.

Freshers can apply; relevant experience will be an advantage.
