We are seeking a results-driven Meta Ads Specialist to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram. The role requires expertise in audience targeting, campaign optimization, and performance analysis to maximize ROI and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities Plan and execute Facebook Ads and Instagram Ads campaigns. Conduct audience segmentation and create custom/lookalike audiences. Develop engaging ad creatives in collaboration with design/content teams.

Optimize campaigns for CPC, CTR, CPA and conversions. Implement remarketing strategies to re-engage potential customers. Monitor campaign performance using Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, and Analytics tools.

Stay updated with Meta Ads trends and algorithm changes. Prepare detailed reports and present insights to management.





Required Skills Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Business Suite. Expertise in paid social campaigns. Analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.

Experience with A/B testing for ads and creatives. Excellent communication and reporting skills.

Qualifications Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. 12 years of experience in managing Meta Ads campaigns.

Certification in Meta Ads/Meta Blueprint preferred.
