Job Requirements (Skill Sets)

- Robust hands-on experience in GE Proficy Plant Applications / MES development, implementation, and integration.
- Experience in Discrete Manufacturing, preferably Automotive, Aviation/Aerospace.
- Good understanding of ISA-95, ISA-88, AS9100, regulatory compliance, traceability, and audit requirements.
- Expertise in MES solution architecture, deployment, and system integration.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and operational excellence.
- Exposure to Continuous Improvement, Industry 4.0, and Digital Transformation initiatives.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication,



and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead technical discussions and mentor junior team members.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, configure, and deploy GE Proficy Plant Applications (MES) solutions for manufacturing operations.
- Implement MES functionalities including production execution, quality management, traceability, genealogy, and performance monitoring.
- Integrate MES with ERP, SCADA, PLC, Quality, and other enterprise systems.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and audit processes through robust traceability and digital record management.
- Develop and maintain MES databases, dashboards, reports, and analytics to support operational excellence.
- Design scalable MES architectures aligned with ISA-95, ISA-88, and Industry 4.0 principles.
- Lead system testing, validation, deployment, troubleshooting, upgrades, and performance optimization activities.
- Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, automation, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver effective MES solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement and digital transformation initiatives across manufacturing operations
